TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Apartamentos do Sul. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms:
RENTALS & CHECK-IN POLICY

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Check-in: from 4:00 PM
-
Check-out: by 11:00 AM on departure day
RATES

All prices are listed in Euros

Rates include applicable taxes, service fees, and VAT
PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% deposit is required via bank transfer upon booking confirmation

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival

If final payment is not received on time, Apartamentos do Sul reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made up to 6 weeks before arrival: full refund of the deposit

Cancellations made between 6 and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before arrival: full deposit is non-refundable
AVAILABILITY & ACCURACY

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability and updates

We aim to ensure the accuracy of all information provided, but Apartamentos do Sul is not liable for any obvious errors or outdated content
